Welcome

krasslabs writes the product texts and pictures your Shopware shop is missing — and puts them back into your shop, but only when you say so.

What krasslabs does

Most shops have the same problem: the catalog is full, but half the products have no description, no meta text, no alt text and only one photo. Writing all of that by hand is weeks of work.

krasslabs connects to your Shopware 6 shop, reads your catalog, and lets an AI write the missing content for you. Depending on what has been enabled for your shop, that can be:

  • Product descriptions — in every language your shop sells in.
  • Meta content — meta title, meta description and keywords for search engines.
  • Multi-field texts — several product fields at once (name, description, meta texts, your shop's own custom fields), each with its own instruction, written in a single pass so they read as one voice.
  • Category descriptions — text for your category pages.
  • FAQ suggestions — questions and answers for your categories and products, which you review one by one before they reach your shop.
  • Alt texts — image descriptions for accessibility and SEO.
  • Product and category images — new pictures generated from your existing photos or from a description.
  • Free image generation — pictures from a prompt you write yourself, for banners and campaigns.

You read everything before it goes anywhere. Nothing is written into your shop until you press the send button — and then it is a deliberate, confirmed step.

Good to know

Reading your catalog is harmless. krasslabs imports a copy of your products and works on that copy. Your live shop is only ever touched when you send finished content back to it.

The journey at a glance

From an empty account to finished content in your shop, the path is always the same six steps.

  1. Create a shop workspace. One workspace per Shopware shop. You describe what the shop sells — the AI uses that description as background for everything it writes.
    Getting started
  2. Connect your Shopware shop. You create an integration in your Shopware administration and paste its two keys here. One-off, takes a few minutes.

  3. Sync your catalog. Products, categories, languages and pictures are imported so the AI knows what it is writing about.
    Sync your products
  4. Generate content. Pick a task, pick your products and languages, see the price, start the run.
    Generating content
  5. Review — and approve, if your shop requires it. Compare the new text against what is in your shop today, regenerate what you do not like, and optionally have a colleague sign it off.
    Review & approval
  6. Send it to your shop. The confirmation page tells you exactly which field each item lands in and what it costs. Then it is live.

Three things worth knowing before you start

Work is paid for in credits
Every generated item and every item you send to your shop costs credits. You always see the total before anything happens. Credits are added for you by whoever runs this platform — see Credits.
Not every shop has every feature
Which tasks appear in your sidebar depends on what has been enabled for your shop. If a page in this documentation describes something you cannot find, it is most likely not switched on for you — ask whoever runs the platform.
What you may do depends on your role
Owner, Manager, Editor and Auditor can each do different things. Only an Owner can manage the shop connection; an Auditor can look but never send content. See Team & roles.

Where to find what

Start

  • Getting started — create an account, sign in, accept an invitation, create your first shop, and find your way around the interface.

Setup

  • Connect your shop — create the Shopware integration, enter the access data, test it, and what to do when the test fails.
  • Sync your products — import your catalog, follow the progress, and use the product list to find what still needs work.
  • Configuration — your writing style, the settings per task, and whether an approval is required before sending.
  • Templates — save your favourite settings once and reuse them in every job.
  • Team & roles — invite colleagues and decide who may do what.

Creating content

Account & billing

  • Credits — what costs what, the ledger, and how to get more.
  • Personal settings — light or dark, interface language, expert mode, your account.
